Shipping Policy
Where and how will your arrange my order?
We will ship your parcels via ePacket, Post Air Mail, DHL in 12 hours. We will process your order according to following two rules. If you have special requirements, please free free to message us.
- Order under 2kg(70.5oz/ 4.4lb), we will choose the ePacket, China Post Air Mail for delivery, usually takes 5-15 business days.
- Order over 2kg, we will arrange delivery via DHL or other express, usually takes 3-7 days for delivery.
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
When will you ship my order out?
We will try our best to arrange your order in a timely manner. Orders will be processed within 12 hours. And a Shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking information will be sent when your order is Shipped. If you have any question about shipment, please feel free to contact us. We will reply you asap.
How much is the freight?
We usually offer free shipping for your order. For some special cases, we will contact you to get further details.
How long does it take for delivery?
It usually takes 7-25 working days.
How about Shipping Delays?
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us.
How about tax?
We don’t charge tax. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order, it is determined by your local customs office.
Returns Policy
Firstly, We will try our best to satisfy you. if you have any question about your parcel, pls give each other a chance to solve the problem smoothly.
- If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, please feel free to contact us, we will offer refund the price paid or send you a replacement one.
- Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products.
- Customized items can’t be returned. We are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on personalized products, once bulk order was produced.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds are denied (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive a refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
