It is easy. After you placed an order with your logo/image attached, we will design and make one sample immediately. 

Normally order processing takes 2- 4 work days.

For the Delivery time, depends on the logistics method.

We offer stand shipping (7-15 work days delivery) and Expedited shipping (4 -7 days delivery).

We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for your choice.

Standard Shipping ($3): We usually use ePacket, Air Mail to process your order, both are traceable, usually takes 7-15 work days for delivery.

Expedited shipping($29): We use DHL, Fedex and other express to deliver your rush order, usually takes 3-7 days for delivery. If you have special requirements, please free to message us.

Firstly, We will try our best to satisfy you. if you have any question about your parcel, pls give each other a chance to solve the problem smoothly.

• If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, please feel free to contact us, we will offer refund the price paid or send you a replacement one.
• Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products.
• Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns.
Requests for changes or additional customization or alterations can not be made for custom products once the bulk production started. Please don't worry, order won't be produced untill all is ready!

File formats to upload your artwork: PDF,JPG, PNG, TIF, AI, EPS, PSD, QXD, CDR.
We use CMYK mode(not RGB mode) for printing. Pls kindly ensure a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for your file.

Currently, we only accept 1 file for each logo. If you have more than 1 art design, please just place multi orders.

Normally we will offer free online proof for your review. Most of our customers choose this.
If you want a sample shipping to you, it is $12 for per logo (shipping fee is not included.). We will produce 2-4 pcs shipping to you.
