Payment & Tax
We accept Credit Card, Western Union and Bank Transfer for all orders.
We won’t charge the tax. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order, it is determined by your local customs office.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).
Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipment & Delivery
We will try our best to arrange your order in a timely manner. Orders will be processed within 12 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
We will ship your parcels via DHL, USPS, FedExe,SFexpress, ePacket, Registered Post Air Mail. If you have special requirement, please free free to message us.

Return & Refund
Firstly, We will try our best to satisfy you. if you have any question about your parcel, pls give each other a chance to solve the problem smoothly.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds are denied (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive a refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
