How to place a custom order?

How to place a custom order?
It is easy. After you placed an order with your logo/image attached, we will design and make one sample immediately.

What is the production and delivery time?

Normally order processing takes 2- 4 work days.

For the Delivery time, depends on the logistics method.

We offer stand shipping (7-15 work days delivery) and Expedited shipping (4 -7 days delivery).

What is your shipping policy?

We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for your choice.

Standard Shipping ($3): We usually use ePacket, Air Mail to process your order, both are traceable, usually takes 7-15 work days for delivery.

Expedited shipping($29): We use DHL, Fedex and other express to deliver your rush order, usually takes 3-7 days for delivery. If you have special requirements, please free to message us.

What's your return policy?

Firstly, We will try our best to satisfy you. if you have any question about your parcel, pls give each other a chance to solve the problem smoothly.

If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, please feel free to contact us, we will offer refund the price paid or send you a replacement one.
Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns.
Requests for changes or additional customization or alterations can not be made for custom products once the bulk production started. Please don’t worry, order won’t be produced untill all is ready!

What file formats do you accept for stickers?

File formats to upload your artwork: PDF,JPG, PNG, TIF, AI, EPS, PSD, QXD, CDR.
We use CMYK mode(not RGB mode) for printing. Pls kindly ensure a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for your file.

Can I upload more than 1 design on a single order?

Sure, you can. For one order, you can upload as more designs as you want. Only one thing should be noticed: For each logo, the minimun quantity is 50pcs.

I want to see a sample, how to?

Normally we will offer free online proof for your review. Most of our customers choose this.
If you want a sample shipping to you, it is $12 for per logo (shipping fee is not included.). We will produce 2-4 pcs shipping to you.

Do you offer kiss-cut stickers?

Yes, we do. Any requirement about custom stickers, just feel free to send us an email, we will reply in 12 hours.
